My work is guided by the belief that therapy should adapt to you… not the other way around. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all model or follow rigid protocols. Instead, I tailor therapy to your nervous system, lived experiences, cultural context, and the specific challenges you’re navigating at this point in your life.
I’m especially attentive to how multiple identities and experiences intersect. Culture, migration history, family dynamics, neurodivergence, and past relational experiences all shape how we cope, connect, and make meaning. I hold space for these layers without reducing you to any single label or diagnosis.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. Some sessions may feel reflective and exploratory, while others are more practical and skills-focused. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive, adjusting our approach as your needs evolve. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and develop ways of relating that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Availability, Location & Fees
I offer virtual individual therapy to adults across Ontario. In some cases, I may also be able to work with clients located outside Ontario, depending on location, regulatory requirements, and insurance coverage. If you’re unsure whether we can work together based on where you’re located, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss options.
Individual therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minute session (HST not applicable). Payment is due at the time of the session.
I do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. However, therapy sessions are often reimbursable through extended health insurance plans that cover counselling or psychotherapy services. I provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I recommend confirming details directly with your insurance provider.

This complimentary consultation is a brief, non-therapy conversation to help us connect, talk about what you’re looking for support with, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit — just space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.

Individual Initial Assessment Session
The initial assessment session is an opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, understand your goals, and begin making sense of relevant patterns or experiences. We’ll also review practical details such as consent, fees, and next steps, while ensuring the pace feels comfortable and collaborative.
Virtual, 50-Minutes, $150 CAD
Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing therapeutic work tailored to your needs. Sessions may involve reflection, skill-building, or deeper exploration, depending on what feels most supportive at the time. The approach remains flexible and responsive as your goals and experiences evolve.
