About Me
I know how easy it is to look like you’re managing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-awar, yet still find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, or relationship struggles that don’t seem to shift no matter how hard they try.
In therapy, my intention is to offer a space that feels calm, collaborative, and genuine… a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have everything figured out. I work at a pace that feels supportive, helping you slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of emotional and relational patterns, and develop more self-trust and clarity over time.
My approach is relational and integrative. That means we may explore emotions, nervous system responses, attachment patterns, boundaries, and the ways past experiences continue to show up in the present. I care deeply about nuance and context, and I’m mindful of how identity, culture, and lived experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and to others.
Who I Work With
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I work virtually with clients in Ontario. In some cases, I may also work with clients located outside Ontario, depending on location, regulatory requirements, and insurance coverage.
I work with adults who are high-functioning yet feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or self-critical. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Many also identify as neurodivergent or highly sensitive, and some are exploring multicultural or immigrant identities.
Therapy may involve understanding attachment patterns, emotional regulation, boundaries, and how past experiences continue to influence current relationships and self-trust.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, EFT, Schema, and attachment-based therapy, and I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Persian.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable — especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation to see if it feels like the right fit.
